blaster stroker crank
#2
You have to mill 2mm out of the head (1/2 of the stroke increase). I'm probably trying one of these this winter. You pick up something like 15cc's but more importantly the increased stroke is increased leverage on the crank which is increased torque.
If you are running the stock carb with your mods as listed you will get huge and I mean huge gains by going to a 30mm flat slide carb, we did that and I couldn't believe the power pick up, like pipe and porting all over again.

I was going to send my cylinder out to hwd but i didnt want to wait all summer to get it back. So
i had my porting done by my uncle and he really did a very good job it looked like a pro did it. He has done many 250r cylinders before but this was his first blaster cylinder. I was quite impressed but the stock carb really restricts it. I put a 360 main in it and it seems to run ok but a carb would help a lot. But does anybody have this crank or rode a blaster with it on there or any stroker crank.
