what do u mean by replacing the springs and weights? i'm not very mechanicly inclined and am curious about what all will need to be done. did u have to replace the gasket seal cover? a few people have recommended i do. thanks for your help

they told me i could have problems with altitude, and if i put a new pipe on that increased power. did you have any of these problems. They also said that I would need the 79 dollar tool to put this on. did you buy this, and if not how did you get yours on? thanks

as far as altitude i am 80 feet above sea level so no problem. i have the stock pipe. i didnt buy the 79 dollar tool, but it would have made the job easyer. i cant remember exactly how i did it, but i do remember i used a vice, a c-clamp and an extra set of hands.
