does any1 think hmf makes a good silencer

for the next add on to the xc project im thinking about adding an hmf silencer and i was wondering if u guys knew if they would give me any power gains or not

I put one on my 05 Z400 and it made a big difference. I also put in the jet hmf recommended, I took my air box lid and snorkle off and added a k&n filter. More power and it sounds good too.
