I finally installed the White Bros silencer on my 03 700 and now the dang thing won't start. It turns over but there's no spark.

I've checked the resistence of the exciter and pulse coils at the connectors to the CDI box as well as the coil ground to the engine and everything reads within limits. I ran into problems when I checked for cranking voltage output for the exciter and pulse coils. The voltage should be 34 VDC for the exciter and 3.3 VDC for the pulse but I'm only getting low mV readings.

Any suggestions as to where I should go next?

I'm thinking I'll need to pull the stator cover and housing but I don't know what I'd be looking for other than cut/bare wires and a correct trigger coil gap.
