Default Timberwolf oil drain plug

Where is the oil drain plug on the 1998 Timberwolf??? Poking around I saw "something" under the engine below the dipstick and filter housing but it don't look like a drain plug. MAybe it's on the other side and I'm just missing it? Sorry for the "noob" questions... can't wait 'til the manual comes in! Thanks, RC

OK, i guess the "thing" I found is the drain plug, but you have to open it with a hex wrench. Now, let's say the head of that screw or bolt is stripped. How the #$^% do you go about opening it?
