What would you yous recomend for jetting on a 2005 Z400 with FMF powercore 4 silencer, K&N power lid, Uni air filter, and Dynojet kit. Also will it have enough power to pull hard with a 15tooth frount sprocket. And i'v seen posts about removing the screen in the carb. Is that the one i can see when looking into the carb from the airbox will this help.

It depends on your elevation. The dyno-jet kit should recommend a jet size depending on an elevation range i.e. 0-3000 feet or 3000-6000 feet and also if you have your airbox lid on or off and if you have a full/slipon pipe. I just put a yoshi pipe on a few months ago with a dyno-jet kit and the recommended jets worked great (I ride Little Sahara Dunes in Utah at about 5000 feet. If it didn't come with a recommendation their website should have it.
As far as pulling a 15 tooth front, it depends on what kind of terrain you ride. I put a 13 on mine for the dunes/paddles and it really helped. If you ride trails/relatively firm ground you shouldn't have a problem but I like the 13 for trails too because I can ride mostly in 2nd on tight & steep trails or if I have to go to 1st I can go slower without it stalling as much. Unless you are in 5th gear a lot a 15 tooth won't really do much for you unless you happen to like the way it allows you to ride the various gears. The nice thing is that they are so cheap and easy to swap out that you could buy a 13 and a 15 and see how you like them. Rocky Mountain ATV has them for about $7.00 for a Primary Drive or the Renthal is about $16.00.
