Hey guys. I got the wiring from another post. Here it is.

RW-cdi...to...Baja-wiring
red......to...red/violet
white....to...black/yellow
orange...to...white/green
black....to...black
blue.....to...black
green.........not used

The question I have is how do you know which black goes to black and which one to blue. Does it matter ? Also did anyone ever find out where the green wire actually goes or what it is for? Is there any one out there that has purchased the CDI directly from RWR that has an original wiring diagram. Thanks, D

On the baja model it shows both blacks being grounds. red &violet is your 12 volt system the next wire is bk/yl is your trigger coil the next is bk a ground that connects into the wire from the clutch switch then wh/gn is your ignition coils the last one is bk another ground which runs to your run/off switch Hope this helps becouse all it did was confuse me.

True, the green wire is not used. It may have been for a tach at one time for the BMW.
