Lately the local dealer has been taking weeks to get any part. Today I had to order some parts again. I asked if it is still taking weeks to get parts, and I was told bombaradier won't ship to a dealer until the total is $350 or more, so my order gets combined with other orders until the $350 is met, then Bombardier ships to the dealer???????????

 

i havnt been having this problem on the west coast, and ive had orders totalling less than $100. and i usually get the parts in about 2-3 days

 

Same here. Anything I order takes 3 days most of the time.

 

My local dealer takes about 5 days here.

 

Sound's like your dealer is taking tips from mine... Mine has to have a minimum order as well, and has been that way for over a year. Douche bags.....lol....

i normally get things within a day or 2 but my fan sensor took like 4 which the parts guy thought was weird, so ionno wats goin with those crazy frenchman

my dealer in omaha takes about 3 days to get parts.

 

Well, I dont even have a dealer anywhere close...I usually rely on good friends to take care of it. Of course, they do a good job.

 

With in the week for me. Some dealers have an at least amount to order depending on what level they are. Things like tech schools and volume play into it as well as annual commitments met on units. Thats how it was when I worked for a dealer several years ago. That also effected warranty claims
