i just bought a 2003 yamaha blaster for messing around on and i decided to make a project out of it ..
as of right now it only has a couple of mods done to it...bored .20....fmf fatty pipe and powercore 2 silencer.... jetted/with airbox lid off...
the mods to come will be to make it race ready meaning widening it out and extending it.... i was thinking throwing on a 660raptor axle to give it 3 more inches in the back...+5in wheel spacer in the back and front.... works shocks all around... new front tires... shaved plastic..

i was thinking selling it around 3000.00 when im done with it but im not sure yet

raptor axle wont work buy a banshee axle will. raptor axle setup is different

 

This kind of thing depends on location, but where I live you would be hard pressed to find anyone willing to pay more than 2000 for a blaster no matter what is done to it, but if 2 strokes sell good where you are 3000 might be reasonable. I don't think I ever saw someone get out of a quad what they put into it in mods. If you're planning on selling it anyways it doesn't make much sense in putting over 1000 into mods.
