Default Sick of blowing up!

Heya, I cant seem to get my 250R to keep running for more than a day. I build it, I jet it (beatiful chocolate brown spark plug) and I break it in for a day, start riding it the next day and BOOM...something goes wrong. From lines bursting to o-rings blowing, I'm plain sick of it. Is the TRX450R comparable to the quad of the century? I love the 2 stroke power, just hate this things reliability. I mainly ride around on it, sand pit, bit of moto-cross...how will the 450R compare?

yea are you sure that you're running good gas? Because i just got back from pismo, and the only problem i had was a broke a clutch cable. Mine runs great and starts first kick everytime, which is more than i can say for my friends crf 450r. They're very comparable in terms of speed but the 450R might be a hair faster, thats always a debate so i don't want to start it here. I hear they are very reliable machines, so if you want to move on pass that 250R my way. Oh yea and i have pictures of an '87 tecatektx250lover
