200s chain rusted

200s chain rusted
is that gonna affect any thing im gonna soak it in vinager for a couple days and it should scrape off but any was does it effect any thing and noticed the little rollers on the chain are stuck[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

If the chain is in that bad of shape......you can soak it in used motor oil, or ATF for a few days and wipe it off good before you install it. BUT you really need a new chain....I bought a brand new one for $12 +tax.

Well I have to agree with above: You do need a new chain. BUT I would soak it in oil and put it back on myself, just because I like to give myself trouble and tend to throw nothing away unless its useless.!!
