Removing exhaust header bolts
#1
I am going to remove the exhaust header. All the nuts are froze on the studs of course. If I end up just turning the studs out of the heads is that a big deal? Will it go back together again just fine? Also, whats the best/easiest tool to use to get to the two top nuts?
Thanks

That's right, just a "click" at a time!
If the studs come out, that's okay, just put them in a vice and and grab them in the middle where there is no threads. Once you get the nuts off, and when you go back togather with the new pipe, put anti-sieze on the studs. This will keep the studs on the head the next time you take them off. Some pipes go on easier without the studs in the way, may be a blessing in disguise.
