My problem is I can't get it to run, I repalaced the starter relay, and the starter switch on the handle bar. If I press the start button it will crank over some times other times it does nothing. And the on/off switch does not have to be in the on position for it to crank over. The battery is new. And Does anyone have the wiring diagram for a 1995 warrior that they could send me?

The on off switch, or kill switch will just stop the spark, but the starter will still spin.

Get a Clymers Warrior Manuel. It has a step by step check for the electrical ststem. My Warrior had a broken wire close to the CDI unit.
