Default Rear end locked up ?

I have posted here in the last week about my rearend. Well today was the day to take it apart and see why it was clanking in the rear. I drove it from my backyard to the front and it locked up now ?? Any new idea's ? If it was the berrings like I have been told would it eventully do this ? Lock up ? Or other problems ? It kinda rolls backwards a little, but not forwards. and that is it being in N ?

Thank guys :-)

Remove your chain and see if it will move. If it still doesn't move, you will need to tear the rear end apart and see what seized up. If it does move you need to check your front sprocket for movement in neutral.

How are the boots on the driveshaft housing?
Or if it was run low on gear oil too long, might have locked it up.

You could have broke gears in there even if you have oil. Could also be debries or peices jamming the gears. I doubt it would be something serious.

i would have to guess that a gear is popping off the shaft and is catching on another gear maybe check pins that hold gears
