Glacier Plow on Honda Rubicon 2001 Mod?
#1
Hello,
I have a 01 Rubicon and wish to install the glacier plow System by Polaris on it. The company makes the plows for Honda however only for the 98-04 Forman ES, 03 Rincon 650 & 04-05 Rancher 350. My question is are any of these atvs close to the Forman Rubicon on the frame and front grill? Has anyone made the modifications to the mounting plate to make it fit? (I found the system from Big Buck ATV Products under Accessories - glacier plows). I would add a linlk however the site will not allow me to do so. Here is a link showing how it works on video http://pi54.com/PurePolaris/Videos/Plow56K.wmv
I would like to use this system because of the ease of adding and removing the plow. I do not want a system that makes me lay down in the snow to add/remove. (Joys of a bad back and hip).
Or if anyone knows of any other systems that offer the ease of use like the Glacier System for the Rubicon TRX500FA please let me know!
Thank you for your help in advance.
