might sell the kfx and get a 300 ex.. seeing hat i cannot get a used 400ex w/ reverse for a good price. I was wondering if i buy the 300 ex with a pipe, jet, filter and then add hot cams to it if i would have more power than i have now on the kfx 400.. pls respond thx.

 

why would u sell a kfx400 for a 300ex?

That might be a real step down! The 300's forte is as a tight trails bike. Being medium size, it fits between the trees easily. Other than that, it is a good sport machine for folks who are smaller.

If you don't need the ultimate tight trail machine and you are average size or larger, it would be a big mistake.
