Default Rev Boxes 2004 Baja X

Sorry to bore you guys with another rev box question but this is head scratching. Is the plug to the box the same on the reg. DS and Baja of this year? I'm trying to find a cheaper rev box for my X but can't find listings for the Baja series. Everything is listed on Ebay as DS650. Wondering if it mattered or not. Can you make one fit for a reg. DS? I 'm currently looking at Big Gun, Punisher, and White Brothers. I'd like to get another 1200-1500 rpms. Please help!!

As long as you find a cdi box for the newer models you are fine (as long as it says like 03 and up). I personally wouldnt waste time/money with any of the 3 cdi's you listed. You dont really NEED more rpm with a stockish engine, as peak power will be around 6500-7k area.

I would reccomend either a ron woods box (it has no limit so you have to be careful) or a vortex. Do a search on cdi's and you will see I am not the only one who beleives you need to cash out the money for the cdi, or just dont get one at all!

What mods do you have now? that 100-200 bucks your looking to spend on a cdi could probably be put toward somthing else more useful.

PLEASE DO A SEARCH!!!!!!

looking for a cheap cdi will cost you alot of money...i promise

search cdi's and spend a week reading and you will see

cant tell you how amny people try your route..destroy there bikes and then spend hundreds to fix and still have to buy a new cdi..

its a few hundred now or alot later
