Default Fuel pump ?

No It's a electric pump. I pulled off the gas filter tonight and tried to get gas to drain from the tank.

Is the tank pressurized from the pump to keep it primed ? With the gas valve open it won't drain ???

I'm stumped , I found a pump at a local dealer for $135

It buzzes just after I stop turning the motor over for 2-3 seconds ...

Help ! before I throw down the $$$ for the pump

I need this quad going asap ... It's duck season !!

No the fuel tank is not pressurized, matter of fact there's a vent on the gas cap...make sure it's open to atmosphere. Fuel will not necessarily just run out of line, I think it would depend on how much fuel is in the tank. A small suction from the pump should be enough to quickly fill the lines and carb though. The electrical would seem good (fuel pump buzzing after engine turning over). A rapid buzzing indicates no fuel to pump...sounds like something wrong the tank...look inside...is there gas? Is it rusty?
