Default 4 stroke powerband!!

I don't know what is going on. I just replaced the bottom end on my 200x with one from a 185s. I put the 200x cylinder jug and head back on. Everything went great and the bike started right up! Now I know 4 strokes don't have a powerband, but I swear that's what it feels like. The bike takes off kind of groggy, but then rockets forward pulling the front wheel up! I can't really tell if the bike is revving up when I'm going slow or not. I guess this would indicate a slipping clutch. My x no longer has a manual clutch since the swap, but is there a way to adjust the centrifigual clutch. Any ideas? Maybe it's not the clutch at all. Any opinion's would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks guys!

I would check your carb to see if its running lean on the grog and then power.......and also a 4 stroke does have a power band.....it is just broader than a 2 stroke so you don't really feel the snap....Chris

Thanks Chris, I'll check that soon as I get off work. That makes sense because while the motor was down, I pulled the mix screw out of the carb and used it on another bike. I just kind of guessed where it was set at before.
