Default Bombardier DS50

I'm looking to modify my son's 2002 Bomb DS50.

It does not have a rev limiter and all of thge restrictors have been removed.

I don't want to spend much money on this quad since ther are not many fast 50c racing quads locally.

What is the best cheap exhaust?

We run the Hetrick exhaust. It really helped. But 1 should also add the clutch mods. You can open up the airbox to get more air and go up some in the jetting when you add the exhaust. Also the 16" tires with the large sprocket will slow you down. I took the 50t rear sprocket of and went with a 35.

Hope this helps some. The Bombardier is a very good mini. We really like our 04 Arctic Cat which is now a 70. It is a VERY tuff mini. The Bomb and the Cat are the same mini.

Same bike as Blue tick said. A 20mm Keihin carb is about $125 with cable, Hetrick exhaust. There is no "Cheap Exhaust" that works better than stock. Cut open the endcap and remove the smaller outlet and jet up 1 size and your Bomb 50 will start and run much better.
