Default 2004 700 efi caught fire-burned up

Just wanted to see if anybody else has had their 2004 700 efi catch on fire and burn to the ground. I had the dealer do the fuel line recall/replacement last year and it caught fire underneath the tank last Friday. Burned to the ground. I'm trying to figure out how to put a pic of it on here...any help on the pic would be helpful....I don't have a web page or anything.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks. Right now the file is too big, over 1MB, trying to shrink it now.

Windows XP has it's own resizer. When viewing a pic with Windows Pic Viewer, merely right click on pic, choose resize, and choose the size that you want.

Thats bad news. Was it insured? Sounds like Polaris or the dealer that performed the work may need to cover it anyway.

I have seen fires start after a hard rihe in the reeds, they get cought on the exhaust and start fires. Also I use photobucket.com to host my pics its free and you can store alot of pics.

Thanks for the pic info, I'll get it posted. I got pics of it on fire too, just filled up the tank. I was riding in an open field and lost the throttle. Looked down and the flames were coming out from under the tank. Jumped ship, put myself out and tried to put out the bike. My buddy has the same bike and he has had the fuel lines pop off before, there were no clamps on the fuel lines. It was insured, adjustor called last night. I assume the fuel line came off and the fuel caught fire somehow.
