I would like to get some aftermarket parts and i was wondering if the 2006 Z400 parts would fit fine on a 06 DVX.

The 2 bikes motors and frames are identical along with the KFX400 also. The plastic is different only.

Thanks for your help, but what kind of pipe would you recommemend? A slip on or a full exhaust pipe, and what name brand would be the best for the DVX. Looking for great sound and performance

On of the best pipe for the suzuki motor would be the Yosh! They helped design the original 400 that the Z motor is based on!

My wife rides a 2004 DVX400, we put a Trinity Racing full pipe and jetted it. The thing screams, maybe not quite as much as my YFZ450.

Crazymfer, congrats on your quad, I had a 06 DVX and only had it a few months and sold it, One MAJOR chunk of advice is to drain the stock coolant and put in Evans Waterless coolant, there is a big problem with the 05 and 06 Suzuki engines and that bleeds over to the DVX and that is the Magnesium engine covers the coolant is having a Cemical reaction with the covers and corroding them really badly after only a few months, mine was built in september and it was corroded badly, it is the cover on the water pump side the cluch cover, if it gets bad enough it will corrode through and dump coolant in the engine majorly so far there is no recall from Suzuki, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki. You can go to evans websight and they have a dealer locator you only need like 2-3 quarts but it only comes in a gallon and that will do. But a gallon is like $27.00 and you though gas was high, Hope this helps. Doug

The 2006 Suzuki brochure says: "37mm carburetor".

The 2006 DVX 400 brpchure says: "36mm carb"!!
