Falcon 110 wont start - help please

I have voltage going from the battery to the relay.. But it stops there.

Please help.. I am running out of time to make it for x-mas

make sure it has gas and oil and dont forget the sparkplug.

No. I cant get any electrical power past the relay.. No lights or Horn. Wont turn over.

Key is on, switch is on? there should be 2 wires to the pos of the bat and 1 to ground.

try giggling the key and turn it more to the right,i had the same problem and it was the key switch

Yes, key is on.. Is there any safety switch's that I may have missed. I read that there is one under the brake pedal.
But, I cant find any safety switch. Battery is properly connected
