I'm going to be getting a 450R in the next few months. What helmet makes do you suggest and what should I look for.

ONLY look for a SNELL approved helmet!.......Other than that.......go to a local dealer and try them all on.......find a helmet that fits you great!......then go on-line and buy it! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]..........Snell is a GREAT rating and it blow the DOT helmets out of the water on the testing!

 

I agree, go with a Snell rated helmet and find one that is comfy with a snug fit. There are a ton of different brands out these days, and many perform well. HJC has some pretty nice helmets at a reasonable price point but I would look at others too.
