I think you can buy all that stuff and then just give it to me. Haha. Sorry, had to get that out. That sounds like a good setup. Are you going to a bigger bore? No clue how much it will cost though. Under $500 I'm sure.

Are you absolutely sure these parts will work together for maximum power?? Your best bet is buying a kit from a shop. They test and match the right parts to work together. If you just throw a bunch of different stuff on the motor you WILL NOT get the same results!!All parts have to be matched!

I think it is a perfect combo. My only suggestion is to get the 2000 xr400 cam from Honda since it is the same minus the core charge. I am doing that setup this winter. Gabe (atc250r) has that setup and he loves it. He got the Honda cam and the Honda xr250 revbox because the Honda parts are cheaper and similar if not the same. I am having a problem with buying a revbox after looking around at GT Thunder and looking at their dyno results.

hakmazter...I'm with you on this cdi issue. I put a xr250 cdi box on my 400 didn't notice anything except maybe a little harder to start. I'm reading that the box helps with bore kits. I'm doing the 440 thing and the builder told me that the max power curve will move from 8200rpm or so to 9200 which is where the limiter kicks in. If this is true I can see where the rev box will help. But I would leave the stock cdi box in if you are not planning to bore.
