Default Grizzly will not stay running??

I just bought it, I have ridden now for 48 miles. I have went through acouple deep water puddles, nothing above air filter. I opened the air box, filter looks brand new. The plug is black except the electrode. I am going to try a plug first what after?? Plus is this a normal problem?, how often do plugs foul in these things? Thanks for any advice. Mike

stupid question but have you checked for gas...? or make sure gas switch on? rembere 3 things to make a motor run
1. Gas
2. Air
3. Spark.

before you replace the spark plug see if it sparks Just ground it to the motor (has to be toching the block) then have some one press starter and if it sparks while touching the block the plug is good if not replace. Then if still doesnt start you have a electricall problem

id say, check for bad gas and clean carb,
then stick a hose in the exhaust and make sure the engine gets completely seized. lol jk

It would have to be very rich for the plug to foul out. You might want to get one of the iradium plugs, or platinum...they resist fouling much better, than standard plugs.
What was it doing?dieing at idle ?runs ok at higher rpm?
What year is it? brand new? Itd be hard to foul out a plug on a 4stroke with only 48 miles on it, unless the choke was left on, or its burning oil.
