I just bought a new 05 kodiak 400. The engine during acceleration has a rattling sound but idling is quiet. It has 60 miles on it. It has made this noise since new 2 weeks ago. Is this normal for this machine or should i take it back to the dealer? My sister bought a 05 kodiak 450 the same time and hers has the same rattling sound so i dont know what to think????????

 

my 2004 does it and I think they all do it but have the dealer check it.
