How to remove Starter Recoil Pulley (2003 Yamaha Kodiak)

I'm trying to remove the Starter Recoil Pulley from my Kodiak but not sure how it comes off. I was having trouble with the bolt at first but got that off finally.

Any help would be appreciated.
