Default How to secure a 450R?

I'm about to purchase a 05' 450R and was wondering how people keep them secure from being stolen? I'm new to sport quads and was wondering what was out there for locks or how other people have addressed the issue? The quad will be stored in a locked garage but I want something on the bike ( ie: lock, or disabler etc.).

Thanks,
MickD

I chain all my machines in a big circle. Each quad or bike is chained to two others, using nothing but Kryptonie Faghedaboudit locks and chains.

If you have only one machine, get some of the floor anchors that are available to chain to.

No system offers total protection, so by all means get insurance.

A bud of mine had a certain kind of pad lock that he put on the rear disc brake, you could not roll it, or ride it. so someone would have had a hell of a time stealing it. thats just what ive seen work, cause his atv never came up missing.
