I know this isnt a quad but I want to help out a buddy and get his kid back on the dirt.
I cant keep this thing running. I get it fired up and it runs out of fuel after a couple of seconds. Fuel supply to carb is good. I cleaned the carb good by disassembling and cleaning with carb cleaner (removed jets needle and seat). I dont have a clue what is with this thing. Any suggestions? Does anyone know the stock carb settings for air fuel screws? I have gotten it to run for more than 10 seconds before dying by adjustment.
I cracked the fuel bowl and get a little fuel then air bubbles then fuel air bubbles, that baffles me. It should be straight fuel correct?

Its a couple of years old. Yes it acts like it is running out of fuel. I dont understand the bubbles in the float bowl drain when I drain the float bowl. It is definatly running out of fuel. I will pull it apart again and check out the level. I dont think the float level was adjustable in that thing.

to adjust it you have to bend it up or down. this is a silly ? but do you have the air screw adjusted right I'm not sure if that would effect it or not. or maybe the vent hose is plugged. just another idea have you checked the reeds maybe they're cracked or stuck

This is another silly answer but once I had a dirt bike that did the same thing and it was the gas cap vent. If your tank isn't vented the fuel doesn't pour correctly into the carb. Check to make sure the vent hose isn't clogged.
