Another Question About Clutch Springs...
#1
I know these have been asked before, but just to be safe, im gonna ask again...1)What company makes the primary clutch spring that you own?
2)Where can I find clutch weights? Will they help?
3)Will changeing the secondary clutch springs to white also help?
4)Any special tools needed to change springs?
I really appriciate all of your help. Ive only had my quads for about 6 monthes now, and i've learned alot from the experienced people here. Thank you!

Yes, primary spring very simple to change with common hand tools. Never tried the secondary yet. Where did you get your service manual? If it was through a Polaris dealer, do you know the part number for it? I talked to one dealer who is new & never sold one but would get me one if I gave him a # to go by.

To get a manual for free, just go here: http://www.polarisindustries.com/pro...ipType=manuals
Just pick your quad and download. t was pretty quick. I have them for both of my quads, and it took only about 15 minutes to download both. However, you do need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the files. Otherwise, they are the same as the book ones. Hope this helps!
