recon carb problem, help

Default recon carb problem, help

ok,i stood my recon up on the grab bar and a good bit of gas leaked from the carbuerator into the air box,how can i fix this?

Default recon carb problem, help

Don't stand it up on the rear bar!! If your looking to prevent this from happening, shut the fuel petcock off. Then drain the carb float bowl w/ the screw on the bottom of the carb. Using a flat blade screwdriver, just loosen the screw and wait until all the fuel drains out. If the machine won't start after setting it back down, assuming you turned the fuel back on, it may be flooded. Hold the throttle WFO while cranking and it will clear out after a few seconds.

i have a honda recon and i stand it on its back rack all the time and its fine
