Any feeback on 1trail.com? Good prices on the redcat vx-150 and 200!

 

I'm new to this forum and to ATVs. I bought 2 Redcat vx 110s from 1Trail.com in November. I would do business with them again.

Briefly:

The price was very good and they threw in free helmets because I bought 2 machines.
Financial transaction went very smoothly, including refunds to my credit card (I paid an extra $150 per machine to have them shipped to a local "dealer" to be assembled and prepped. However, the local dealer was booked up because of the holidays, hence the refund)
Machines arrived within 7-10 days
One machine arrived with a broken rear fender which appeared to have been damaged during shipping, but 1Trail replaced the fender with no hassles.
The customer support person (Stephanie) was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
They have a tech support line but the tech support person, although he seemed knowledgeable about ATVs in general, did not know much about my particular model.

All in all I would give them B+. They're definately not one of these clip joints you hear horror stories about.

 

sounds good thanks for the report the price is great and the fact that they offer that 150 setup deal is great. 1419.00 delivered and <u>setup</u> for a vx-150 is outstanding! I think i will order from here for my girlfriends 150.
