Grizz wont start (Ignition ?)

Grizz wont start (Ignition ?)
Hey Guys,
I pulled up to a friends house, the bike was running great. When I went to leave I turned the key and got nothing. No speedo lights, head lights,and no electric start. I checked the wires and I have power all the way to the ignition switch. I'm thinking its inside the ignition itself.
Anyone ever have a similar problem. 1999 , Grizzly 600.
( I tried the pull start , but the bike was to cold),
