hello everyone i would like to know what i should pay for a new outlander 400ho?a freind is looking to get one soon and just thought that you guys could give some input on price`s .also what do you think he should pay for the new 650?any other input on these atv`s would be great.

Shouldn't have to pay more then MSRP out the door, in some cases you might get a few hundred below, all depends on where you live and the tax rate.
