Default Cat Care - How is their service?

Last summer I purchased an '06 650V2. The factory 6mo warranty expired and the 2 1/2 year balance was turned over to Cat Care. Obviously Cat Care is either an subsideriary of Arctic Cat (the company) or an independent insurance agency with some contractual arrangement with Arctic Cat and based in Florida (I believe).

I've looked over the contract that was included with my policy, but have no experience with Cat Care. Has anyone had experience with them? Are there any pitfalls to be aware of WRT documentation or the like, we as customers should be aware? Has anyone been turned down for service they thought they should have been covered as outlined by the contract?

Just want to know if there is anything I can or should do up front to protect myself in case I have a later claim. Thanks in advance.

There is a $50 deductable. However, CatCare is only as good as your dealer. Some dealers won't even charge you for the $50 and will fix it no charge, others will say that the part is a wear-item and refuse to fix it. (Like an axel)

So in short, be on your dealers good side.
