Timing Belt Tensioners

Default Timing Belt Tensioners

Is there anything special i need to know about putting those plastice tensioners in. Because i took them out when putting the piston in and don't remeber how there were installed.

ANy help is great

Default Timing Belt Tensioners

hi there really isnt anything speacial the one that is straight goes on the left side and the curved one goes down on the right and you need to put that peice that goes on the tensioner up it the hole and then put the two small peices in then screw the bolt on the top and adjust it hope this helps or go on bike bandit to get a diagram

Default Timing Belt Tensioners

I noticed today that the tensioners were worn down to the metal. should i replace these or is it no big deal?

it's a good time to chang them and I would take a look at the chain as well and see that there isn't any damage
