Default blaster ?

getting first quad i am thinking a blaster i know how to use clutch but my cousin owns a kawasaki 700 he says i should get the pheonix, trx 250, or z250 which one is better for where we ride. we ride on dirt with hills and alot of straight aways.

you will have more fun with the blaster...it's faster and it has manual clutch and those others you mentioned are semi-auto

I can beat anyone of those bikes if they are stock or modded maybe not are full modded one but it would be close. Now once I get my pipe in I could beat anyone of those three quads even if they are fully modded. And the blaster could pull bigger steeper hills better than the others. They dont have reverse but hey they are the lightest of them and they are easy to push. And maintence is easy and is very simple. Yet small mods = big power gains. I got a friend that has a blaster that can and has whooped some 400ex's (stock), yet only like 3 z400s that were stock.

blasters are pretty fast. Take a look at my uncles blaster in action.

The new Honda has sport clutch. Its basically auto clutch, or a manual clutch you can stall. Go with the Blaster its more fun, cheaper, and there more upgrades after you get used to it. The other quads would be good choices if you rode on rocky, technical trails
