Im trying to replace the clutch cable on a 2000 blaster. Im not sure how to get the bottom part off looks like some kind of clip. could someone please help?

 

Well I replaced the clutch cable on my blaster about 4 months ago I dont know if its the same as an 04 but what I did was on the bottom of the mount I bent the tiny clip down kist enough to slip it out and I left it. Then I took it off and ran the cable through and then hooked the clutch part first then on the motor. I had to make 2 adjustments on it so it would engage and disengage and yet be where I wanted the pull. Hope this helps.

 

yeah i did the samething on my 99 blaster, so im sure that will be it for your 2000
