Exhaust mod for 2003 Honda 400ex
#1
I have a White Bro Sries E exhaust on a 2003 Honda 400ex. It has about 10 plates at the end. If I remove or add plates will this give me more low end torque for those steep hills?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I wanted to ask you a question about your exhaust system...I have been researching the same exhaust and wanted to know how you like it? Is the torque better on the machine? Also, did you have to rejet the carb? Basically, I just want to know what you think about it and I also own a 2003.

When I was doing the research on the quad and that pipe, it was said that 4 plates had the same flow as a brand new stock muffler.

I have the white brothers e-series slip on and im running 6 discs plus the spark arrester. I didnt rejet it yet but you can run on stock jetting but the pipe will benefit better if you rejet.
