sportsman 500 oil breather lines

sportsman 500 oil breather lines
Im currently rebuilding A sportsman 500 which was disassembled by the previous owner. The question that I have is the motor has 2 oil lines and and a breather line, the oil tank also has 2 oil lines and a breather line, do the breather lines run to each other or are they seperate lines?
