Default Warrior carb problem

i have a warrior and i am about to sell it and i took it for my last ride and i get home and now it starts fine but when i go to give it gas it bogs down and turns off. It idles perfectly normal though. I think it is just the carb is kinda dirty or scummed up and the buyer said he can fix that i just wanna make sure thats it and its not worse.

Maybe the main jet is clogged, or the floats are set wrong, or somehow water got into the gas and is sitting in the float bowl.

What about the parking brake sensor? Some people mistake that low rev limiter for a carburetor problem.
