Has anyone had a problem with crankcase oil in the airbox?

 

Did you roll it , thats usually why oil gets in their. If you do roll it let it stay upright for five minutes before restarting.

Okay & tks, yes i did a tip over in the sand one day, could be it.There is only 1 tube coming from c/c to a/cleaner.

 

I dumped mine on it's left side once. It was there long enough to get the winch hooked up to keep it from continueing on down the hill.
When I got clear, I noticed oil dripping onto the exhaust. The Air box was filled with oil and dripping out the air inlet.
It took a whole quart of oil to fill the crankcase back up.

If you dump it, check the air box, and CHECK THE OIL I would hate to see someone burn up an engine.

 

Thats what i did too, but i was on my side for only about a min,just dumped to the add mark. Upgrades on mine is itp wheels and tires dobeck efi box and upgraded pipe from dealer is supossed to be here wednesday, and i am adding halogen lights.tks for the info
