Just wanted to let everbody know that www.southseattleyamaha.com has a complete line of gytr products and they are CHEAP !!! you can save about 50 bucks on nerf bars, 30 bucks on bumpers so on and so on. They have been great to me and even threw in a Fly jersey for free my last order cause I have used them so much. Well im not impressed with them. I ordered some stuff 2 weeks ago, I recieved the bill showing they charged me for items 2 days after I ordered. So Im thinking great they should be here, so I call and check. They have not even shipped them to me but already billed me for them almost 2 weeks ago. After 2 phone calls I still dont know whats going on.

No reason to be sorry. Its good to express problems like this that way now I know not to order anything from them for fear that it might take a month to get. I would rather pay full price and get my stuff ASAP...

 

I've bought 4 quads and a ton of OEM parts from these guys. The owner and his son are top notch people.

bberck if you have a problem Justin is one of the owners and he's a pretty good guy call him and see what's going on.

 

well after a total of five phone calls

a total time on hold of about 20 mins

being told they would look into to it all call me back (3 hours later no call)

being hung up on

when asked to cancel my order, im told to send them a email

and now told Ive been given credit that has yet to post

I have no desire to talk to them again but maybe its just me

I order online all the time from lots of places and this is only the 2nd time ive had a problem and both have been from dealers trying to do online stuff.

 

I'm just trying to help......I'm sorry for your frustrations, BUT sometimes ya have to go that extra mile to accomplish your goals. Good Luck and I hope it works out for ya.........Jim
