rancher rev limiter

Is i't possible to lighten up that rev limiter so the engine revs a little more freely? Thank you.

rancher rev limiter

the rev limiter controls the top speed of the engine, not how quickly it revs to that point. It's the timing advance that does that, and no there is no adjustment for that.
