Is it possible to make a warrior clutchless, like a wolverine? Before you ask why I would want to, Im thinking if I could I would keep it for my wife to ride verses buying something different for her. She can shift ok but I dont feel comfortable with her with a clutch. Thx in advance

 

i know there are systems out there... not the cheapest but it is possible... i am jsut trying to remember where i saw them at... my best suggestion is to just either teach her how to use it better or buy another quad( 21 of the things you don't want but may want ain the lnog run)

 

I'm not going to guarantee this, but I think you can use the semi-auto components and clutch cover from a wolverine and just swap them with the warrior's components. Maybe if you go onto an online OEM parts site and compare the diagrams you could see if there's a difference in them that would keep everything from working, but like I said, I'm not guaranteeing that it would work.

yes they make clutchless stystems for bikes, they are around 800 or more for the good ones. most common applications for them are for 250r, 400ex, z400 and so forth. i haven't seen one for the warrior, but doesn't mean that it can not be done. try the suggestion above. you can get new clutch cables and pully like assemblies to make the clutch pull softer if that helps. you can get them for around 30 at a nearby atv store or order them for less. moose makes some and all the other companies i am sure of will.
