Razr's for my 350
#1
i need new rear tires. (the front ones are still alright) would it matter if i only changed the rear and not the front? or should i get front ones even if i dont need them yet.
well i want the maxxis razr tires. and the stock tires are 20x10x9. so my question is should i just get the razrs 20x11x9 or should i go to 20x11x10 (which is what the guy at eastcoast atv told me to do) and whats the difference (pro's and con's) of 4ply and 6ply, and which would be better for my kind of riding..
i ride mostly on trails and there are alot of rocks at certain places (im a member at towercity and i go to the hatfield mcoy trails everyonce and a while) so thats mainly the kind of riding i do.
i also go to the track sometimes and im putting jumps in my yard so i still want to be able to jump and all that good stuff
any help is appreciated

The numbering size for tires is Height X Width X Rim Diameter. For trail riding and rocks the 20-11-9's are definitely going to be better. The 10's will have a harsher ride, and you'll be more likely to bang up your wheels because of less tire sidewall. Plus, if you get tires for a 10 inch rim you'll also have to buy the wheels in addition to the tires. Go with 20x11x9 6 ply razrs. I've been to TCTRI, and you definitely want the toughest tires you can get for that place.
Actually, 22x11x9s would be better for tower city, they'll give you more ground clearance for those rocky trails, and will ride a little more smooth. On the other hand, the taller tires will subtract from your cornering ability so you'll have to make a decision on the compromise - handling vs ground clearance and ride.
And if you don't have one yet, get a good heavy duty full chassis skid. You want to protect that soft underbelly, a cracked engine case or broken frame will ruin your day and make the wallet hurt.
