300ex exhaust and grab bar on 250ex

There is some exhaust and a grab bar on ebay for a (not sure what year... i will find out) 300ex. My friend has a 2001 250ex. Will it fit?

well it could but you wouldnt have a simply bolt on on the grabbar but i dont know about the exhaust.
