Is the kill switch on?
Is the battery so discharged, that there is no voltage?

Me thinks that little Kawi is trying to tell you something! The first thing I would do is track down the ground and make sure it is getting good contact and the wire is intact. If it has been sitting for a while have you checked the air filter and intake? Sometimes critters try to make a home in there and clog it all up. I know you have sadi it doesn't get a lot of use, does it have fresh gas in it? Might not hurt to pull the carb and clean it up, and throw in a new plug either. Any chance you might want to trade for a LT250R?

I think you have two more things to try before taking it to the dealer.
Put the new plug in the plug wire, and dont install it. Leave it touching the cylinder, to ground it. Now hook up jumper cables to your truck, but DONT start the truck motor. You wont damage anything jump starting,as long as the donor vehicle is not running (if its running, the alternator is putting out way more than 12.6 volts, and thats all the quad wants to see while cranking). Now either pull the rope, or spin the sterter, and look for spark. My guess is youll see some. I think your battery finally developed an open circuit.
Now remove the jumper cables, and check for spark again. My guess, is it wont.
But if you do get spark, theres one other way to start the motor. Put the quad in 4th gear, hook up a tow strap, key on and pull it with a lawn tractor, or your truck, at about 7 mph. If the motor is capible of being started, it will.

No prob, I would definately check the ground wire before you take it anywhere if nothing else seems to work. I have personally seen this happen multiple times where the vehicle works fine one minute, dead the next. Often it will start again after a while, only to have the cycle repeat. Many times it turns out to be a bad ground intermittently failing. This may take a tech hours to diagnose.
