06' Wolverine 2.5 Winch?

Has anyone tried to make on fit? I see the (Warn) 1.5 fits and the 2.5 dosent look much larger. I dont mind cutting a little plastic. Thanks and glad to find you guys, youve helped alot!!!

FYI got the winch in 3 days. Now waiting for the mount kit from warn. Hopefully monday. I ordered the 1.5
